Who was Judge Deborah?

Deborah was the only female judge and prophetess in the Bible, known for her wisdom and leadership in ancient Israel during a time of oppression. She is celebrated for orchestrating a military victory over the Canaanites, delivering Israel from hardship for 40 years, and for her role in inspiring both military commander Barak and the warrior Jael. 

Traditional sources place Deborah's 40 years of judging Israel from 1107 B.C. until her death in 1067 B.C.
